Development in Lytham/St Annes

Wards such as St Annes have a significantly higher amount of investment that other areas, and this shows in its infrastructure.

St Annes promenade contains a high amount of public seating, which is routinely maintained, alongside wrought iron shelters for the public to use which are also maintained prior to the beginning of the season (see image). They also benefit from well kept public toilets.

There are many successful small businesses in the area, for example ice cream kiosks, trampolines, a splash park for children and the row of beach huts.

St Annes also benefits from a clear and well maintained cycle route into the town.

Gardens in the area are looked after, with fresh flowers being planted in the flower beds prior to the summer season.

There is also a large pitch and put area.
